Arkem Kimya Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. The scope of the integrated management system is the supply and sale of chemical raw materials. Activities are carried out by Istanbul central management by evaluating internal/external issues and relevant party expectations. Transportation, storage, terminal services and handling activities are managed outsourced. There are schools, buildings and forest areas around the Istanbul head office. There is no emission, noise or receiving environment discharge due to company activities. Office-related waste is managed within the scope of legislation and zero waste activities are continued.

It adopts the ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System and applies it in all its processes.

Within this mission, as Management Board we commit;

Arkem Kimya Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., as a leading and reliable organization in the sector, ensures that the operations it undertakes are carried out in line with its corporate values, with the commitment to protect human health and ensure occupational safety. It adopts ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System and applies it in all its processes.

Within this mission, as Management Board we commit;

To ensure full compliance with all relevant Occupational Health and Safety laws, codes, codes of practice and regulations,
To increase performance by constantly improving the Occupational Health and Safety management system,
To cooperate with legal authorities, employees, business partners, suppliers and customers on Occupational Health and Safety issues,
To prevent hazards at their source and making plans to reduce risks within the scope of the Occupational Health and Safety management system,
To establish and monitor the performance criteria to achieve Occupational Health and Safety targets,
To plan the work to prevent occupational accidents and occupational diseases during operations,
To ensure the participation of employees and employee representatives at all levels of the organization in matters related to Occupational Health and Safety and to include ideas and suggestions from all employees in the decision-making processes,
To plan the necessary training in order to provide responsibility, awareness and competence to all employees.

In line with the corporate values of Arkem Kimya Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., as a leading and reliable organization in the sector, we invest in relationships with suppliers that provide a safe working environment and work in accordance with environmental, social and ethical standards.

As a signatory of the UN Global Compact, we accept the 10 Principles of the UN Global Compact and observe the implementation of these principles in the entire supply chain. We expect our stakeholders in our supply chain to adopt the Arkem Kimya Supplier Code of Conduct and implement these rules.

Another expectation from our suppliers is to inform the suppliers within their supply chains about this policy and ensure that they work in accordance with this policy.

Arkem Kimya Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., as a leading and reliable company in the sector, undertakes the supply, storage and distribution of chemical raw materials in line with its corporate values, including import, export, transit, customs clearance transactions and logistics, storage, accounting, It adopts the electronic information assets of its activities such as finance, purchasing, engineering, law, reporting, human resources and information technologies, and the information security it uses to protect these assets, in accordance with the ISO 27001:2022 Information Security Management System, and implements all processes by ensuring that they are carried out in line with these principles.

For this purpose, as the Board of Directors, we undertake the following items to ensure the operation and continuity of the Information Security Management System through sub-policies, procedures and instructions related to this policy.

To protect the confidentiality, integrity and accessibility of information and information assets in our business processes,
